VI3NNA Congress is an invite-only digital assets and blockchain policy conference for regulators, investors and innovators, held over two days at the MuseumsQuartier in Vienna.
VI3NNA Congress describes itself as Europe's leading digital assets and blockchain policy conference for regulators, investors and innovators. It is invite-only and deliberately small: the 2026 edition had 180 delegates in person from 130 organisations. Applications are reviewed by a congress committee.
The 2027 programme has four executive tracks: liquidity and capital efficiency, including tokenization, stablecoins and market infrastructure; regulation, covering tax, anti-money laundering and the travel rule; AI, digital assets and banking; and innovation free zones in the EU compared with the rest of the world.
