Bitfest is a Bitcoin festival at the Pendulum Hotel in Manchester. It mixes conference talks with workshops, a hackathon, an expo, film, art and live music, and is open to newcomers and families.
Bitfest bills itself as the UK's flagship Bitcoin festival. The 2026 edition runs from 19 to 22 November at the Pendulum Hotel in Manchester, with evening events at nearby venues. The first edition was held in 2025.
It is part conference and part festival. The organizers list eight events and nine themed zones, covering talks and panels, a workshop and hack zone, a business expo, an art gallery, gaming, music and a supervised kids area. Day 0 includes Nostrshire, a conference about the Nostr protocol, and Freedom Fest runs alongside on the Saturday.
