The fourth Bitcoin conference run by the City of Lugano and Tether.
The Plan B Forum was a two-day Bitcoin conference at the Palazzo dei Congressi in Lugano, Switzerland. Local media reported more than 4,000 participants from 64 countries.
The Plan B Forum is the yearly conference of Lugano's Plan B, a joint project of the City of Lugano and Tether to promote Bitcoin use in the city. The fourth edition took place on 24 and 25 October 2025 at the Palazzo dei Congressi.
The programme covered Bitcoin, financial freedom and related technology, with keynotes, panels, workshops and an exhibition area. Swiss outlet Innovando reported record attendance, a free public programme called Spazio 21, and the reinauguration of the city's Satoshi Nakamoto statue during the event.
