The third Crafting the Cryptoeconomy (CtCe) Conference is a two-day research meeting on blockchain economics, held at Columbia University in New York.
CtCe is run by the Crypto and Blockchain Economics Research Forum (CBER) in collaboration with Columbia University's Center for Digital Finance and Technologies. The 2026 edition is the third and takes place at the Columbia Engineering Innovation Hub.
The published programme mixes research talks, keynotes and fireside chats. Sessions cover prediction markets, stablecoins and banking, the quantum threat to blockchains, the Ethereum roadmap, layer 2 economics and the tokenization of real-world assets. The organizers list the Uniswap Foundation and the Avalanche Foundation as sponsors.

A full afternoon is given to stablecoins in practice, cross-border payments and their effect on banks.

Fireside chats are scheduled with officials from the CFTC and the SEC Crypto Task Force.
