BTC Balkans is a two-day, community-driven Bitcoin conference at Inter Expo Center in Sofia, Bulgaria, with keynotes, panels and hands-on workshops.
BTC Balkans 2026 is the second edition of what its organizers call the Balkan Bitcoin conference. It is aimed both at people who are only starting to learn about Bitcoin and at long-time users, and it covers Bitcoin as technology, money, business, investment and a way of life.
The programme runs over two days at Inter Expo Center in Sofia, with two main halls for talks and panels and a separate hall for beginners. The organizers say they want to connect Bitcoin communities in Bulgaria and across the Balkans, and they set aside space for networking, exhibition stands and a children's corner.
