Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Kochi for a Web3 Automation Testing Lead at Audace Labs. The Lead will be responsible for developing and executing automated user growth strategies to ensure the quality and integrity of web3 products developed and affiliated with Audace Labs. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and provide solutions through the use of automated testing technology.
Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of experience in automated web3 testing with a proven record of excellent performance in software testing, working and testing in a software development team, or similar.
- Strong experience in testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or equivalent for end-to-end or unit testing.
- Experience with cross-user profile browsers with proxy technology similar to Go browser.
- Experience in leading and managing a team of engineers, maintaining agile task pipelines, tracking work schedules, and ensuring team members meet KPIs.
- (Optional) Experience with testing smart contracts, decentralized applications (DApps), and familiarity with blockchain technology.
- (Optional) Experience in creating effective automated web3 testing strategies that consider end-to-end testing, integration testing, load testing, and performance testing.
- (Optional) Experience in one or more scripting languages, such as Python, Java, or JavaScript, with a key goal of custom automation of user testing scenarios.
- (Optional) Experience of running and managing server environments/cloud VMs.
