Role Overview
As a Support Specialist at Revolut, you will be a part of the Customer Support Team, serving as the public face of the company. This role involves providing first-class front-line support to millions of customers globally. The focus is on delivering exceptional customer experiences and acting as internal customer-champions, collaborating with product teams to keep users at the forefront of Revolut’s initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering “WOW” levels of service to the global customer base through in-app live chat, phone, and email.
- Representing Revolut online with excellence.
- Collaborating internationally with other teams to address customer issues.
Requirements
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
- JLPT Level 1 Japanese fluency or higher.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Ability to explain complex issues in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Strong writing, numeracy, and IT skills.
- Attention to detail, analytical skills, empathy, and a passion for helping people.
- Driven, self-motivated, and a highly flexible team player.
- Self-learner and independent problem-solver.
Nice-to-Have
Prior customer support experience.
