About the Role
The Customer Support Team at Revolut serves as the face of the company, providing first-class front-line support to millions of customers globally. As a Support Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service, acting as a customer champion both internally and externally. This role is more than just resolving tickets; it’s about delivering “WOW” levels of service and ensuring users remain at the forefront of Revolut’s mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer experience through in-app live chat, phone, and email support.
  • Represent Revolut online, embodying the brand ethos.
  • Collaborate internationally with other teams to address customer issues.
  • Fast-track training for potential transition to other teams within the company.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
  • JLPT Level 1 Japanese fluency or higher.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to explain complex issues simply and understandably.
  • Strong writing, numeracy, and IT skills.
  • Attention to detail, analytical skills, and empathy for helping people.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and a flexible team player.
  • Independent problem-solving and self-learning abilities.

Nice to Have

  • Prior customer support experience.

  • Availability 24/7, including nights and weekends. Compensation provided for night shifts.
