About the Role
As a Senior Software Engineer – NFT, you will play a key role in creating responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using modern frontend frameworks. This hands-on development role involves designing, estimating, developing, and deploying cloud-based applications using AWS services and a full stack development approach. You will be responsible for backend systems and APIs using server less or container-based architectures, with a focus on AWS Lambda, AWS API Gateway, AWS ECS Faregate, Load Balancers, etc. The role also includes developing web interfaces using React JS, microservices development using Python and NodeJS, container solutions with Docker and Kubernetes, and working with databases like AWS Aurora DB and Postgres.

Responsibilities

  • Design, estimate, develop, and deploy cloud-based applications using AWS services.
  • Develop and maintain backend systems and APIs using server less or container-based architectures.
  • Create responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using React JS.
  • In-depth knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, including ES6+ features.
  • Microservices development using Python, NodeJS, and deployment on server less AWS services.
  • Experience with containers: Docker and Kubernetes-based solutions.
  • Work with databases such as AWS Aurora DB and Postgres.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines using Git, GitLab, AWS Code Pipeline, AWS Code Build, and AWS Code Deploy.
  • Experience with application monitoring tools such as New Relic and Splunk.

Essential Skills

  • 6+ years of development experience with a focus on React-based frontend web application development.
  • NodeJS/Python-based microservices development on AWS cloud.

Highly Desirable

  • Exposure to enterprise applications development.
  • Ability to work independently in an agile environment.
  • Coordination with other developers, providing guidance to junior developers.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Ownership of actions and decisions to drive positive outcomes within the team.
  • Conduct POCs and explore different tools and frameworks as per project needs.
  • AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Developer – Associate or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate are a plus.
