Responsibilities
- Utilize your expertise in one or more areas related to AI/ML such as NLP, speech processing, and computer vision to develop cutting-edge solutions.
- Work collaboratively with a team of ML engineers to efficiently deliver AI-powered solutions.
- Stay agile and continuously seek out opportunities to incorporate AI into our product stack, influencing the product roadmap.
- Take ownership of the entire model development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment and maintenance.
- Mentor and guide the team on essential ML concepts, ensuring robustness, fairness, and statistical validity of models.
- Innovate in data collection, labeling, and validation methods to enhance model performance.
- Contribute to academic and industry discourse by publishing research findings in top ML conferences and journals.
Essential Requirements
- Strong knowledge of ML theory, concepts, and statistics.
- Demonstrated experience in building and deploying robust AI/ML models in the industry.
- Proficiency in Python for rapid prototyping and experimentation.
