Position. Sales Manager – Blockchain Data Solutions

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. End-to-End Sales Funnel Management. Oversee the entire sales process from pre-sales to post-sales, including negotiations and deal closures.
  2. Lead Generation. Identify high-potential prospective users from inbound leads and outbound prospects, leveraging platforms like Hubspot.
  3. Demo and Product Presentation. Conduct product demos for interested leads, effectively showcasing the value propositions of our products.
  4. Sales Workflow Management. Create and manage sales funnels, workflows, and reports using Hubspot, ensuring streamlined processes and accurate forecasting.
  5. Sales Team Development. Build and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering their growth and success.
  6. Customer Relationship Management. Own the full sales cycle for the business, managing multiple customers simultaneously at various stages of the buying cycle.
  7. Product Expertise. Continuously learn about Bitquery products and become an expert on their value propositions, serving as the voice of the customer and collecting feedback for product improvement.


  1. Educational Background. A university degree in computer science or Information Technology is mandatory.
  2. Technical Skills. Experience working with large data sets and proficient in SQL. Working knowledge of Hubspot CRM for at least 2 years.
  3. Sales Experience. Proven track record of selling B2B technical solutions and data products.
  4. Communication. Fluent in written and verbal English with exceptional communication skills.
  5. Blockchain Knowledge. A good understanding of blockchain technology is mandatory.
  6. Personal Attributes. Demonstrates genuine customer empathy, perseverance, inner motivation, and drive.
