Role Purpose
The role aims to design, test, and maintain software programs for deployment at client sites, ensuring they meet quality assurance standards.
Responsibilities
- Understanding and designing software based on client requirements.
- Developing software solutions, investigating problem areas, and facilitating root cause analysis.
- Identifying opportunities to improve system performance and availability.
- Collaborating with project managers and functional teams to gather information and requirements.
- Coding, testing, and modifying software to fix errors or improve performance.
- Setting up and executing test cases/scenarios/usage cases for software validation.
- Preparing reports on project specifications, activities, and status.
- Coordinating with the team on project status and progress.
- Providing feedback on usability and serviceability and reporting quality risks.
- Interacting with clients to provide solutions and support.
