About the Job. Consultant – Generative AI Expert
Location. Gurgaon / Chandigarh / Remote
Prozo, a leading provider of supply chain solutions, is actively seeking a highly skilled NLP Generative Artificial Intelligence Expert to join their team. This role is pivotal in developing an innovative AI Bot tailored for Prozo’s supply chain technology products, aiming to create a seamless upskilling environment for their ground operations and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
AI Bot Development
- Design and implement an NLP-based AI Bot using frameworks like OpenAI, AWS Comprehend, AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, or equivalent.
- Develop conversational interfaces to enhance the learning experience for ground operations and sales teams.
Product Integration
- Seamlessly integrate the AI Bot with Prozo Technology’s suite of products, including Order
- Management System (OMS), Warehouse Management System (WMS), Proship, and Control Tower.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth integration with existing systems and workflows.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in NLP and AI technologies to enhance the capabilities of the AI Bot.
- Gather feedback from end-users and stakeholders to iteratively improve the bot’s performance and user experience.
Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and subject matter experts, aligning the AI Bot with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in building and deploying NLP-based AI solutions using existing AI infrastructure/building blocks.
- Hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as OpenAI, AWS Comprehend, AWS Bedrock, or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing, machine learning, and deep learning concepts.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork with diverse teams and stakeholders.
