Responsibilities

• Develop, fine-tune, and champion ML models, collaborating with stakeholders.
• Map customer business needs to AI/ML solutions using AWS AI/ML/GenAI Services and Frameworks.
• Create MLOps workflows for data preparation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Translate business problems into ML problems and deliver solutions for desired outcomes.
• Develop business KPIs for ML model evaluations.
• Share best practices through AWS blogs, whitepapers, and reference architectures.
• Represent AWS effectively within the customer’s environment, driving discussions with technical and business teams.
• Identify workarounds for specific issues and automate solutions for repeatable problems.
• Conduct technical sessions for internal teams, partners, and customers.

Basic Qualifications

• 4+ years of overall experience in a technical position with 2+ years on any Cloud Platform (AWS, Azure, Google, etc.).
• 3+ years of experience in technical architecture, design, deployment, and operations for AI platforms.
• 3+ years of experience in predictive modeling, analysis, and software development.
• 2+ years of professional experience in software development using ML-related languages (Python, TypeScript, R).
• Experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, Apache MxNet, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.

Preferred Qualifications

• MS/PhD/BE in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Operational Research, Statistics, or a highly quantitative field.
• Data scientist background with expertise in statistics, mathematics, and software engineering.
• Ability to develop experimental and analytic plans for data modeling processes.
• Experience in AWS Platforms and Services.
• AWS Associate, Specialty, or Professional Certification.
• Experience with Agile execution.
• Track record of presenting at public events, contributing to open source projects, or writing technical articles.
