Korea Blockchain Week was Seoul's main annual crypto conference, hosted by FactBlock with Upbit as main sponsor. KBW2026 ran at Walkerhill Hotels & Resorts from 29 September to 1 October.
Korea Blockchain Week, or KBW, is the largest crypto gathering in South Korea, one of the world's most active retail crypto markets. KBW2026 opened on 29 September with an invitation-only Upbit Institutional Summit, followed by a two-day main conference at Walkerhill Hotels & Resorts in Seoul.
According to FactBlock, 290 speakers took part in 120 sessions across three stages, and cumulative attendance over the two days reached 12,500. Korean media noted a clear shift toward finance and policy, with 115 speakers drawn from those fields and new partners among Korean securities firms and insurers.
