India's flagship Web3 conference moves to Mumbai.

The fourth India Blockchain Week conference leaves Bengaluru for Mumbai, two days before Devcon opens in the same city, and adds an invite-only Institutional Forum.
India Blockchain Week (IBW) is the country's largest home-grown Web3 conference, hosted by Hashed Emergent. After three editions in Bengaluru, the 2026 conference moves to the Fairmont Mumbai and runs on the two days before Devcon, turning the first week of November into one long stretch of events in the city.
The programme covers infrastructure, DeFi, tokenization, AI, digital identity and consumer apps through keynotes, fireside chats and panels. New this year is the Institutional Forum, an invite-only track about how banks, asset managers and large companies in India adopt blockchain. Last year's edition drew more than 3,500 people.
