The third Ethereum Cypherpunk Congress takes place in Mumbai on 2 November 2026, the day before Devcon. It is a free event on privacy, human rights and internet freedom.
The Ethereum Cypherpunk Congress is organized by Web3Privacy Now, a grassroots collective that promotes privacy in the future web. The third edition is held on 2 November 2026 at the Yashwantrao Chavan Centre in Mumbai, one day before Devcon opens in the same city. Entry is free.
The 2026 theme is 'The Ancestral Fork', and the organizers bill the event as the world's largest cypherpunk and human rights event. Programme areas include democratising AI, internet censorship, digital public infrastructure and a sustainable privacy economy. The two earlier editions were held in Bangkok and Buenos Aires.
