Hong Kong’s Cyberport Web3 network has seen significant growth, now boasting a community of over 270 blockchain firms. This surge in adoption highlights Hong Kong’s increasing prominence as a hub for Web3 innovation and development.
On November 19, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region’s Legislative Council (LegCo) released a discussion paper highlighting Cyberport’s efforts to develop the Web3, crypto, and blockchain ecosystems.
Cyberport’s initiatives, including the Web3.0 Investment Circle and the AI Subsidy Scheme, are driving further momentum in the region’s blockchain ecosystem. The network’s diverse membership, encompassing companies from Hong Kong, Mainland China, and international markets, reflects the global interest in blockchain technology and its potential applications.
As Hong Kong continues to foster a supportive environment for Web3 businesses, the Cyberport network is well-positioned to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of blockchain and its impact on various industries.
