The Figure 02 boasts a compact size, measuring just 2.9 feet in height, which is considerably smaller than other humanoid robots on the market. This design choice emphasizes a focus on creating a robot that can seamlessly blend into everyday human environments.
While specifics about the robot’s internal hardware, software, and programming remain undisclosed, Figure claims that Figure 02 has been meticulously engineered for optimal performance and safety. The company is committed to continuous advancements, hinting at future upgrades and expansions of the robot’s capabilities.
Figure’s vision extends beyond creating a simple robotic assistant. The company aims to develop a companion that can actively support, enhance, and enrich human lives. By leveraging cutting-edge technologies like OpenAI’s language model, Figure seeks to bridge the gap between humans and robots, creating a future where they coexist harmoniously.
